The room did smell musty. I noticed the carpet looked like it was moving, possibly due to a weird pattern. there was no plug in the sink, like, who does that?

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Room Condition

flat pillows dirty walls
The staff were nice and helpful .
The room needed some TLC. The walls had dirty spots and needed painting, and I found the pillows to be quite flat and unsupportive, difficult to get a good night's sleep (I even used my jacket as extra support).
